Working closely with high-capacity potato chips operations, he observed that India lacked automation technologies matching global standards—causing inefficiencies, inconsistent quality, and high dependency on labor.

This insight led to his mission: Make world-class potato snack processing technology accessible to Indian and global manufacturers.
