Her career, most recently as Assistant Vice President – Manufacturing & Supply Chain/SCC-Head at Jubilant FoodWorks Limited, has been distinguished by a relentless pursuit of excellence and significant contributions to operational transformation. Her expertise was recently celebrated with a Lifetime Achievement Award for Manufacturing and Supply Chain at the Global Leaders Forum 2024, exemplifies her impactful career and prior accolades.
Ms. Gupta is widely known as a transformation leader, advocating for a leadership philosophy that emphasizes leading from the front and motivating individuals at all levels. She is a strong proponent of diversity, especially within manufacturing, and under her guidance at Jubilant FoodWorks, the company aimed for an impressive 30% representation of women in its workforce. Her dedication extends to inspiring other women to join and lead in the manufacturing sector.
Agristo India’s focus lies in producing dehydrated potato flakes and has plans for frozen potato specialties and French fries. The company is deeply committed to empowering Indian farmers through advanced farming technologies, access to quality seeds, soil testing protocols, and financial support, working with thousands of farming families. Their state-of-the-art facility has already achieved significant production milestones and contributes to a 40% increase in crop yields by promoting premium potato varieties like Chipsona, Lady Rosetta, and Innovator. Over 70% of Agristo Masa’s output is exported to international markets, including Malaysia, Japan, Argentina, and Chile, while domestically supplying major names like ITC, Godrej Tyson, Parle, and Haldirams.
